International Buyer Terms

1. Scope and operator

These terms apply when a buyer uses the international catalog on Bazaraw. ANURAG A, trading as Bazaraw, operates the marketplace from India. The international catalog shows prices in US dollars.

Bazaraw provides the marketplace, checkout, payment coordination, order records, and support. The store shown on the product page is responsible for its products. A print provider can make and ship a print-on-demand product for that store.

2. Buyer eligibility and account

You must have the legal capacity to place an order. You must give complete and correct account, contact, payment, and delivery details. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Product information

The product page shows the product, available options, price, and seller. Product images can be digital mockups. Colors and placement can have small differences because of screen settings and the printing process. These differences do not include a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect product.

4. Orders and payment

• All international print-on-demand orders are prepaid.
• Cash on delivery is not available for these products.
• The payment methods shown at checkout are the accepted methods.
• An order is accepted after payment confirmation and order validation.
• Bazaraw can reject or cancel an order for a payment failure, pricing error, suspected fraud, legal restriction, or unavailable product.

If Bazaraw cancels an order before fulfillment, Bazaraw will start a refund to the original payment method. The payment provider and the buyer's bank control when the refunded amount appears.

5. Production and cancellation

Each print-on-demand product is made after the order is accepted. Production can start soon after payment confirmation. A buyer can ask to cancel or change an order before production starts. Bazaraw cannot guarantee a cancellation or change after production starts.

6. Returns, replacements, and refunds

We do not accept a return or exchange because the buyer changed their mind. We also do not accept a return when the buyer selected the wrong size, color, design, or quantity. Check all product options before you pay.

A buyer can request help for a damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, lost, or undelivered product. The Shipping and replacements policy explains the evidence, deadline, and available remedies.

7. Customs and import charges

Prices do not include import duties, customs charges, local taxes, or clearance fees unless checkout states that a charge is included. The buyer is responsible for these charges where the buyer is the importer under applicable law. A carrier or customs authority can collect these charges before delivery. Customs processing can delay delivery.

8. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the service, place a fraudulent order, interfere with checkout, or use content without permission. Bazaraw, a store, or a licensor owns the applicable names, logos, product content, and service content. These terms do not transfer those rights to the buyer.

9. Service availability and liability

Bazaraw can suspend a service to maintain security, comply with law, or correct a technical problem. To the extent permitted by law, Bazaraw is not responsible for an indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a remedy that applicable law does not permit Bazaraw to exclude.

10. Governing law and mandatory rights

Indian law governs these terms. Courts with jurisdiction in Kannur, Kerala, can hear a dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer right that applies in the buyer's country. These terms do not remove a consumer right that applicable law gives to the buyer.

11. Support and complaints

Email support@bazaraw.com with the order number and a clear description of the issue. You can also use the international contact page. Bazaraw will acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and will seek to resolve it within one month.
