International Buyer Privacy Policy

Status: Approved | Version: 1.0 | Effective date: 27 October 2026 | Last updated: 27 October 2026

1. Who is responsible

ANURAG A, trading as Bazaraw, is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. This policy applies to buyers who use the international catalog, including buyers who use guest checkout.

Email support@bazaraw.com for a privacy question or request.

2. Data we collect

  • Name, email address, phone number, and delivery address.
  • Account details and sign-in records when a buyer creates an account.
  • Products, options, order value, currency, seller, and order status.
  • Payment status, payment method, and transaction references received from the payment provider. The payment provider collects the payment credentials used at checkout.
  • Support messages, complaints, claim photos, and refund records.
  • IP address, device and browser details, timestamps, security logs, cookie data, and service interactions.

International buyer checkout does not request seller identity, tax, or KYC documents. Those documents belong to a separate seller flow.

3. How we use data

  • Create and secure an account.
  • Validate, process, fulfill, deliver, and support an order.
  • Process a payment, replacement, refund, dispute, or chargeback.
  • Prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents.
  • Meet tax, accounting, consumer-protection, and other legal duties.
  • Operate, measure, and improve the service.
  • Send service messages and permitted marketing messages.

4. Legal bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, Bazaraw processes personal data to perform a contract, comply with a legal duty, protect a legitimate business interest, establish or defend a legal claim, or act with consent. A buyer can withdraw consent for future processing when consent is the legal basis.

5. Who receives data

Bazaraw shares only the data needed for the applicable purpose with:

  • The store that sold the product.
  • Printify, its print providers, and other fulfillment providers.
  • The payment provider shown at checkout and fraud-prevention providers.
  • Couriers, postal services, customs agents, and address services.
  • Hosting, storage, email, support, security, and analytics providers.
  • Professional advisers, regulators, courts, and law-enforcement authorities.
  • A successor if Bazaraw transfers all or part of the business.

Bazaraw does not authorize a service provider to use order data for its own unrelated marketing.

6. International transfers

Bazaraw operates from India. A seller, print provider, payment provider, courier, or technology provider can process data in India, the United States, or another country. Privacy laws can differ between countries. Bazaraw uses the transfer safeguards required by applicable law.

7. Cookies

Bazaraw uses essential cookies for sign-in, security, checkout, and preferences. Bazaraw can use optional analytics or advertising cookies when they are enabled and permitted. A consent control will apply where the law requires it. Blocking an essential cookie can prevent a service from working.

8. Retention

Bazaraw keeps personal data only while it is needed for the purposes in this policy. Retention can continue for tax, accounting, fraud, chargeback, warranty, dispute, security, and legal requirements. After the retention period, Bazaraw deletes or anonymizes the data unless law requires further retention.

9. Security

Bazaraw uses administrative, technical, and access controls that are appropriate for the data and risk. No online service can guarantee complete security. Contact Bazaraw promptly if you believe that an account or order record is not secure.

10. Privacy rights

Privacy rights depend on the buyer's location. They can include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, consent withdrawal, and a complaint to a regulator. A buyer can also ask about the categories of data collected and the parties that receive the data.

Send a request to support@bazaraw.com. Bazaraw can request information needed to verify the requester and protect other people. A legal exception can limit a request.

11. Children

The international catalog is not directed to a child who cannot enter a valid purchase contract. A parent or legal guardian must place an order for that child. Contact Bazaraw if a child gave personal data without the required permission.

12. Policy updates

Bazaraw can update this policy when the service, providers, or law changes. The page shows the latest update date. Bazaraw will provide an additional notice when applicable law requires it.
