Bazaraw marketplace

Bazaraw is an online marketplace designed to help independent and social-media sellers create a simple storefront, display products and receive customer orders. Buyers can browse participating stores, place orders and pay through supported online payment methods.

Third-party sellers manage their own inventory, product information, packaging, shipping, cancellations, returns, replacements, product refunds and after-sales support. Bazaraw provides the marketplace technology, checkout, order tools and limited platform or grievance coordination.

Bazaraw may also introduce products sold directly by Bazaraw. Those products will be clearly identified with Bazaraw as the seller, and the Bazaraw team will handle their inventory, fulfilment, shipping, cancellations, returns, refunds and after-sales support.

How payments work

A buyer pays the product price, any disclosed shipping charge and the Bazaraw platform fee at checkout. Bazaraw currently charges a fixed INR 11 buyer platform fee per order and does not initially charge sellers a commission. The platform fee is generally non-refundable after an order is successfully placed, subject to the exceptions for a fault in a Bazaraw-sold product, Bazaraw platform or payment failure, and any mandatory legal remedy stated in the Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.

The configured payment provider processes online payments. When split settlement is enabled and approved, the product amount is intended for settlement to the seller's verified bank account and the platform fee is intended for Bazaraw, subject to gateway charges, settlement timing, refunds, holds and the approved provider configuration.
